Information for those of you who want to sell with us. Please read this page carefully before bringing your products to us. If you are selling with us for the first time, please register in our system here before you come with products (pink button with text Rekisteröidy tästä/Kirjaudu sisään).

How do you sell with us?

We operate on a commission-based sales method. It means that you bring your clothes and accessories to us, and we price and display them alongside similar clothes in the store. Individual sellers don’t have dedicated racks or display of their own. The sales period lasts for 3 weeks (18 sales days) after which you will receive 40% of the total sales of the products. There is no fixed fee.

What can be brought for sale?

You can bring up to 20 pieces of adult clothing (female/male), accessories, shoes, bags, jewelry and watches to the sales service. The total amount for all products is max. 30 pieces. Products can be brought for sale once per month.

We are offering a selection of contemporary, everyday clothing, shoes, bags, jewelry, watches and accessories for both indoor and outdoor wear. All items must be seasonally appropriate, in a good condition, intact, unstained and freshly washed. If the items have been sold at another flea market, please ensure that all old price tags are removed from the products. In order to maintain an appealing and commercially viable selection for our customers, we reserve the right to choose which products will be accepted for selling.

Please note: clothing and shoes accepted for selling will be priced at a minimum of 8€, and jewelry and accessories for a minimum price of 5€. Items below these prices will be treated as a donation. In this case, they will either be donated directly or sold on behalf of the company.

Make sure all clothes are freshly washed before bringing them in. Occasionally clean items may anyway have small stains so please double check carefully before bringing them in.

What can NOT be brought for sale?

We do not sell sleepwear and underwear, wedding and too festive wear, workout clothes or maternity clothes. We do not sell products from ultra-fast fashion brands like SHEIN or pirated products. We do not sell any household goods or home textiles. We also do not sell items that have a musty or unpleasant smell from storage. Clothes covered in a pet hair, please remove all of them before bring them to us.

What happens when I bring the items to the store?

We try to quickly go through your items while you wait. This allows us to assess whether they meet our criteria for style, condition, price level and seasonal relevance. If certain items meet our standards but fall below our minimum price (clothes and shoes 8€, accessories, jewelry, etc. 5€), you can decide whether you want to keep them or donate them to us. In some cases we may not have time to go through the products immediately. In this case, we will agree on a case-by-case basis how to handle unapproved items. If you wish to keep the bag you bring your items in, please take it away with you right away as we do not store customers bags for later collection. If necessary, the products can be transferred to our bag to await pricing.

Occasionally, we may miss a stain, hole, or other defect during the initial inspection when items are brought in. If we later discover that an item is unsellable during the pricing stage, it will be immediately recycled and cannot be picked up (excluding expensive branded products).

Who decides the prices of the products?

We do. With our experience we price items based on what we sell best. If you have high value branded items and want it to be sold at a certain minimum price, please mark the price clearly with a post-it note or masking tape. We can discuss the price for a few products and see if our views are on the same level. We cannot negotiate the selling price of each product separately, because unfortunately we do not have enough time for this.

When will the products go on sale?

Since our storage space is limited, we aim to price items as quick as possible, you will receive an email when your products are priced and your selling period starts. The selling period begins on the day the products are priced.

What happens after the selling period?

The selling period is 3 weeks (18 selling days, we are closed on Sundays). At the end of the last selling day, you will receive an email from us informing you of the total sales and the amount to be paid to you (40% of the total sales). The sales profits will be paid within 7 business days from the end of the sale to a Finnish IBAN bank account. You can also, by separate agreement, collect the sales profits in cash from the store.

What happens to products that remain unsold?

If you do not wish to collect the unsold items, no action is needed. In this case, any unsold products will become the property of the store. If they are sold after the sales time, the sales proceeds go to the company, and no commission is paid to the seller. These funds will be used to cover the recycling costs of unsold products. We donate a lot of unsold products to charity.

If you want to pick up the unsold products back, you can pick them up on the last day of your sales period or the next day. Please note that we do not collect the products for you, you have to find them yourself in the store. After that, you show the products at the checkout, we verify the customer number from the price tag and remove any alarms. You can also pick up unsold items later, but please note that in this case the products may no longer be available and any sales that occurred after the end of the sales period will no longer be accounted for you.  You can see the last day of sales both when you log in to your customer account and in the email you receive when your sale period begins.
